Ενημέρωση από διατροφολόγο (Ε1-Ε3)
Στις 3 Νοεμβρίου τα παιδιά των Ε1 και Ε3 είχαν τη χαρά να υποδεχτούν στο χώρο του σχολείου τους τη Διατροφολόγο ?Διαιτολόγο κ. Σουλούνη Μαρία. Στα πλαίσια της ευέλικτης ζώνης και της παγκόσμιας ημέρας διατροφής και παχυσαρκίας τα παιδιά έμαθαν για τη σωστή μεσογειακή διατροφή ,την παχυσαρκία αλλά και τη νευρική ανορεξία. Η παιδική ηλικία είναι μια ιδιαίτερα κρίσιμη περίοδος για τη σωστή σωματική και ψυχική ανάπτυξη του ανθρώπου. Εκτός του ότι τα παιδιά, λόγω της ανάπτυξης, έχουν ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες σε ενέργεια και θρεπτικά συστατικά, στην παιδική ηλικία αναπτύσσονται και οι διατροφικές συνήθειες που συνήθως μας συνοδεύουν σε όλη τη μετέπειτα ζωή μας.
