2 ΑΠΡΙΛΙΟΥ, ΠΑΓΚΟΣΜΙΑ ΗΜΕΡΑ ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΥ ΒΙΒΛΙΟΥ
Η 2α Απριλίου έχει καθιερωθεί ως Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Παιδικού Βιβλίου από το Διεθνές Συμβούλιο Βιβλίων για την Νεότητα (IBBY), το 1966, την ημέρα των γενεθλίων του μεγάλου Δανού παραμυθά Χανς Κρίστιαν Άντερσεν (2 Απριλίου 1805), με σκοπό να εμπνεύσει στα παιδιά την αγάπη για το διάβασμα και να προκαλέσει την προσοχή των μεγαλυτέρων στο παιδικό βιβλίο.
Το μήνυμα για την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Παιδικού Βιβλίου 2022, το οποίο επιμελήθηκε φέτος το Τμήμα του Καναδά της Διεθνούς Οργάνωσης Βιβλίων για τη Νεότητα (International Board on Books for Young People – ΙΒΒΥ), μας προτρέπει να απελευθερώσουμε τη φαντασία μας μέσα από τις σελίδες των βιβλίων.Το μήνυμα γράφτηκε από τον πολυβραβευμένο συγγραφέα Richard Van Camp. Η αφίσα φιλοτεχνήθηκε από την επίσης πολυβραβευμένη εικονογράφο και συγγραφέα Julie Flett.
Αυτή τη μέρα οι μαθητές/τριες της Β’ τάξης του σχολείου μας, ασχολήθηκαν με το βιβλίο «Η νεράιδα Ευγενία και το Τζίνι Βοηθεία» της Αγγελικής Μάνου καθώς και με τα μηνύματα που κρύβονται μέσα σ’ αυτό. Έγινε συζήτηση γύρω από έννοιες όπως η ενσυναίσθηση, η αλληλοβοήθεια, η ομαδικότητα, η καλοσύνη, η συνεργασία, η φιλία… Τα παιδιά ζωγράφισαν, προβληματίστηκαν, αναρωτήθηκαν, έκλεισαν ό,τι κακό τους απασχολούσε σ’ ένα μπουκάλι με ουρανιοτοξόσκονη ώστε «το κακό να γίνει καλό και το καλό καλύτερο».
Η μαγική ατμόσφαιρα ενισχύθηκε ακόμα περισσότερο όταν τα παιδιά «επισκέφθηκε» διαδικτυακά η ίδια η συγγραφέας του βιβλίου Αγγελική Μάνου. Οι μικροί μαθητές/τριες, σαν άριστα εκπαιδευμένοι/ες δημοσιογράφοι, βομβάρδισαν κυριολεκτικά τη συγγραφέα με τις ερωτήσεις τους μαθαίνοντας ένα σωρό μυστικά για τη συγγραφή αυτού του βιβλίου αλλά και για τη διαδικασία έκδοσης ενός βιβλίου. Στη συνέχεια έπαιξαν μαζί της παιχνίδια (γλωσσικά και συναισθημάτων), εκφράστηκαν εικαστικά κι έκλεισαν σε μπουκάλι με ουρανιοτοξόσκονη ό,τι αρνητικό ή κακό τους/τις απασχολούσε ώστε «το κακό να γίνει καλό και το καλό καλύτερο»!
Την οργάνωση και υλοποίηση αυτής της δράσης είχαν οι εκπαιδευτικοί της Β’ τάξης: Βώβου Ασημίνα (Β1), Στεργενάκη Μαρία (Β2) και Μπάτη Ζωγραφίνα (Β3).
Ευχαριστούμε την κυρία Αγγελική Μάνου γι’ αυτήν την όμορφη συνάντηση! Αισιοδοξούμε ότι οι δρόμοι μας θα ξανασυναντηθούν!
